"A housekeeper is a domestic service professional who has general responsibility for the maintenance and cleaning of the household. A housekeepers primary job responsibility is to maintain the cleanliness, orderliness and presentable manner at all times. Responsible for assisting in achieving the departmental guest satisfaction targets and Food and Beverage revenues as determined by Company for the restaurant organization.Follows all company service standards and sequences of service for breakfast, lunch, dinner and buffets.Complies with all com any policies, rules and regulations.Resolves in a satisfactory and proactive manner all service and product deficiencies in his/her station and reports any incidents per challenges to the Senior Waiter or Waiter immediately.Follows and is compliant with all rules and regulations. Ensures timeliness of service and guest satisfaction with each meal period. Ensures that the workstation is properly set up for each meal period.Performs as part of a reset or an escort team whenever assigned by management to these functions. Ensures that the workstation is properly cleaned and reset at the end of each meal period.Follows schedules and work assignments and executes the side jobs that are determined by management.Reports any maintenance or repair needs to the management. Follows company guidelines regarding grooming, uniforms and personal hygiene. Must be familiar with the Safety and Environmental Protection Policy and carry out the policies and procedures appropriate for his/her position.Meet and greet guest upon embarkation. Escort guest to the state room. Deliver various amenities to the state room.Assist with private parties and functions.Organization: maintain antry and routinely clear out of date and spoiled items. Kitchen maintenance - dishes, cupboards, pantry, counters and floors.Plant care (gardening). Other jobs as assigned."
